1.Work out 3D mould project according to the customer's request and Chonghua standard.
2.Send the 3D mould project to customer for customer confirmation or modification for the mould.
3.After the 3D mould project confirmed,Chonghua will work out the detailed 2D drawing and begin to cut the steel for mould.At the same time,our QC Dept.starts to follow the project and make the tooling & processing schedule.
4.Prepare to order mould base and components.
5.Production Dept.begins to make the moulds and the QC Dept.follow the project closely and update the tooling & processing schedule weekly,report to the customer by photos.
6.Mould testing(generally twice testing),check the product dimension and take down the mould testing report.
7.Send the testing samples to customer for confirmation or improvements and instuction of mould shipping.
8.Mould packed in wooden case.
